Brojke govore sve: 100 000 kostima, 8 000 scena, 300 lokacija i ogroman budžet, u svoje vreme najveći u filmskoj istoriji. Ali, ovi impresivni brojevi ne daju kompletnu sliku. Jer autori Ben-Hura nisu pravili samo veliki film. Ovo je najbolji i najveći film koji obrađuje biblijsku temu ikada snimljen.
