A documentary about movie censorship in former Yugoslavia, between 1963. and 1973., when many movies of the well known Yugoslav directors were silently (not officially) hidden from the Yugoslav public by the communist bureaucracy, who thought that they are not favourable to the regime. They even nicknamed such movies as the "Crni talas" (black wave), which was later widely adopted as the synonime for these movies and their directors.
Participators in documentary are : Dusan Makavejev, Živojin Pavlovic, Sasa Petrovic, Zelimir Zilnik, Lazar Stojanovic, Gordan Mihic, Branko Vucicevi, Tomislav Gotovac, Karpo Godina, Bato Cengic, Purisa Djordjevic, Slobodan Sijan...
